Our Seniors Mental Health & Substance Use Services teams can help those 65 years & older with a range of mental health & substance use concerns.

The teams provide specialized assessments, treatment, case management and community support as well as caregiver support.

Services may include:
  • Mental health & competency assessments
  • Medication administration, review & monitoring
  • Care coordination & referral
  • Self-management supports
  • Life skills education & support and Family education & support
