A phone line that provides access to mental health and substance use services and resources for the Island Health region.
The information line helps individuals find resources in their community, including mental health, harm reduction, drug-poisoning prevention, addiction medicine, withdrawal management, and treatment and recovery services. This line is answered seven days a week. As this is not an emergency or crisis service, callers who leave a message will be contacted the same or next day.
