We provide an integrated service of prevention, education, treatment and support related to viral hepatitis and HIV.
A team of health care professionals working in association with family physician/nurse practitioner and HIV specialist. They provide an integrated service of prevention, education, treatment and support related to HIV and viral hepatitis:
  • Assessment of your situation and education by nurse clinician and/or counselors
  • Viral hepatitis & HIV prevention and liver wellness programs
  • Assessments, education & support
  • Treatment planning and support during your treatment for viral hepatitis or HIV
  • Access to Mental Health and Addiction Services Clinician
  • A place where family and friends can have their questions answered
