Child, Youth & Family Mental Health Services

Provides tertiary mental health services to children, youth and their families throughout Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.
The primary mandate of Child, Youth & Family Mental Health Services is to provide tertiary services to children, youth and their families throughout Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. There is eligibility criteria for a tertiary level service, meaning that clients have already received assessment and intervention services in the community.

This specialized intervention is for children and youth whose chronic and often acute mental health needs have exceeded the capacity of community resources, including the Ministry of Children and Family Development, Child & Youth Mental Health Services.
