How to Access LIFT
- Program is an open community referral service, meaning parents/caregivers and youth between the ages of 12 - 18 years old can contact the LIFT Office for an initial intake by completing the online referral form. Formal referrals are also accepted from MCFD, CYMH, School District and other community service providers.
- LIFT also provides parent workshops and facilitates parent groups.
- Program is available for parents/caregivers living in Ladysmith and Nanaimo school districts.
- Daytime and evening appointments are available Monday through Friday, offered in person or virtual.
